Is there really no initial cost?
Yes, none. During the Early Bird campaign, the setup fee (usually 50,000 JPY) is waived. Also, the first 30 days are free of monthly charges.
Is it hard to switch from an existing PMS?
No, it's very easy. Just import your Airbnb listing URL, and property/reservation data is synced automatically. We also offer a migration guide and online support.
Can I customize AI replies?
Yes. By training the AI on your house rules and FAQs (Wi-Fi password, trash rules, etc.), it will provide property-specific answers automatically. You can also manually specify the reply content.
What languages are supported?
